The Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, has resigned from her position.
She has written to the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo officially about her decision.
In the resignation letter, she stated that the decision was to allow the government function properly without distraction following news of her court case.
