Management of Accra Hearts of Oak has parted ways with its technical team led by Coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani following what the club described as a “comprehensive technical review” of the 2025/26 football season.
In an official statement issued by the club, the Board announced that the decision forms part of efforts to realign the club’s football philosophy with its long-term ambitions and identity.
The statement expressed appreciation to Coach Dramani and his backroom staff for their professionalism, commitment and service during their tenure with the Phobians.
According to management, Hearts of Oak secured a third-place finish in the just-ended league season under the guidance of the outgoing technical team.
The club further acknowledged the “discipline and effort” brought to the technical setup by the coaches during their stay at the club.
“As part of this transition, the team and players are currently in recess,” the statement noted, adding that the Board would in due course communicate the club’s new technical direction.
Management also assured supporters that every decision being taken is aimed at strengthening the club both on and off the pitch, with the ultimate objective of achieving sustained domestic and continental success.
The latest development is expected to trigger speculation over who takes over the technical reins at the Accra-based giants ahead of the new football season.
Hearts of Oak ended the campaign without a major trophy, despite hopes of mounting a stronger title challenge after recent rebuilding efforts by the club’s hierarchy.
