The Member of Parliament (MP) for Subin, Eugene Boakye Antwi, has offered scholarships to needy students in his constituency to pursue nursing courses in the various nursing and midwifery training colleges.

Over 20 students, being wards of constituents, benefitted from the scholarship package funded through the MPs share of the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund).

Presenting cheques covering the offer at a constituency meeting in Kumasi on Friday, the MP gave the assurance that other students would benefit from the facility in due course.
