Old Students donate 100 plastic chairs to Kwadaso SDA Nursing Training College

The 2012 year group (ADN 5 Batch) of the Seventh Day Adventist Nursing and Midwifery Training College has presented 100 plastic chairs to the College at Kwadaso in Kumasi.

The gesture is to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

Mr. Jefferson Asare Danquah, leader of the group, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Prescott Medical Centre, while presenting the chairs expressed the group’s gratitude to the school for moulding their lives to become what they were today.

He appealed to other year groups and former students to come to the aid of the school.

He also charged the students to take their studies seriously, even when confronted with some challenges in the areas of financial, physical, emotional or psychological.

The Principal, Mr. Daniel Atta Tuffour, who received the donation on behalf of the College, thanked the old students for their kind gesture and urged them to keep it up.

The Principal mentioned inadequate classrooms, accommodation, computers and demonstrative laboratory equipment, among others, as some major challenges confronting the school, and called on benevolent organisations to come to their aid.

Principal Tuffour advised the students to focus on their studies so as to pass their examinations well and become good assets for the country.
