Former Asante Kotoko Capo, Herbert Mensah eulogises Nana Yaw Amponsah as he refers to him as a ‘deep thinker’.
Nana Yaw Amponsah was appointed as the CEO of Asante kotoko in 2020 and has given the club a professional outlook. The club currently has more than ten sponsorships and partnerships with various institutions both locally and internationally.
Asante Kotoko are on top of the league with fifty-six points after twenty-eight games.
The former Asante Kotoko chief admits that the current CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah is told of his job.
“Nana Yaw Amponsah so far has demonstrated that the finances of Kotoko is in good hands,” he told Akoma FM.
“He doesn’t run to the board for money but raises it through sponsorship.
“He has to maintain that standard over a period of time but I trust him (Nana Yaw), he is a deep thinker, clear in his mind of what he wants to achieve,” he admitted.
