The newly enstooled Nkosuohene of the Kyidom Divisional Council of Agona Kwanyarko, Nana Asiedu Keteke I, has expressed gratitude to all who supported his colourful coronation.
In an appreciation message, Nana Asiedu Keteke I expressed great gratitude to paramount chiefs, divisional chiefs, sub-chiefs, queen mothers, government officials and party faithful who graced the occasion.
He also extended his heartfelt appreciation to the clergy, elders, family, friends and all well-wishers for their prayers and support during the ceremony, which took place on Saturday, 9th May, 2026.
“Your presence made the day truly historic and memorable,” he said.
He prayed for continued prosperity, peace, unity and progress for the land and asked for the blessings of the ancestors and the Almighty, upon all who attended.
The message, which was signed and issued by Nana Asiedu Keteke I, is the first official statement he has issued since he was enstooled as the Nkosuohene of Kwanyarko.
The enstolment marked the second time Nana Asiedu Keteke, who is known in private life as Dr Richard Asiedu, has been honoured this year.
In February, he was appointed as the President-General of the Eminent West Africa Nobles Forum (E-WANF).
His appointment was contained in a statement signed and issued by the Founder and Executive Director of E-WANF, Dr Dee Otibu-Asare.
Dr Otibu-Asare indicated that Dr Richard Asiedu, who is currently the Board Chairman of the Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation (GIISDC), possessed the knowledge and experience needed to manage a reputable group like E-WANF.
“Dr Asiedu, who has played significant role in nation building, is also well-known for his unwavering commitment to mentorship and community upliftment,” Dr Otibu-Asare stated.
Apart from his political engagements as the Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Nana Asiedu Keteke is the Chief Executive Officer of St. Andrews College of Healthcare and the Rich Multimedia Institute, where he trains the youth to acquire knowledge and skills essential for national development.
Dr Asiedu also operates businesses including Nakata Travel and Tours, Kings Forex Bureau and St. Andrews Transport/Haulage Services, creating thousands of jobs for the youth.
