Ghana’s most decorated Rapper, Sarkodie is wondering why people will ask what he does aside music.
According to the ‘Adonai’ crooner, music business is one of the biggest industries and if well taken care of, one could reap its unending benefits.
To him, it comes as a shock that people keep asking what business he does aside music.
In a post on his social media, Sarkodiequizzed; “That question “apart from music, what business do you do? Like, a proper business?” honestly comes off as a bit insulting. Music is actually one of the biggest industries in the world, and in many cases, it’s just as serious (if not more) than what people like to call “proper businesses.”
At the end of the day, investing in a music career is a real business decision. Like any other venture, it has its risks, but it can also be highly rewarding if approached the right way”.
Sarkodie’s post has set social media ablaze with divided opinions. Known for his Sarkcess Music Record label, Sarkodie is one of the few Rappers who has diversified in other businesses aside music.
