Ghana international Jordan Ayew has reached a new milestone in England following his involvement in Leicester City’s match against Manchester City in the Premier League last week.

The Black Stars captain made substitute appearance when his side succumbed to a 2-0 defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Since moving to England, the Ghana international has racked up 300 appearances in the Premier League, scoring 41 goals and providing 25 assists across the period.

The 33-year-old has been playing in England since 2015, featuring for Aston Villa, Swansea City, Crystal Palace and current club Leicester City.

Between 2015 and 2017, Ayew featured for Aston Villa before moving to Swansea City and had a two-year spell with the club.

Crystal Palace signed the Ghanaian attacker in 2019, where he made a lot of appearances and scored crucial goals for the team.

Currently with Leicester City, Ayew has bagged four goals in 26 appearances in the Premier League.

He is expected to feature for Leicester City when they take on Newcastle United on Monday night.
