Ghana’s music sensation, Black Sherif has revealed that while managing fame from his debut album, his latest project, ‘Iron Boy’ has since become one of his most ambitious projects yet.

Kwaku the Traveler as he is nicknamed said the pressure didn’t stop at recording, as he immediately moved into heavy international touring and promotional work once the album cycle kicked in.

According to him, the schedule was intense, with nonstop movement across continents before and after the release.

“We were on the move from Africa to Europe to the USA, then we dropped the album and continued touring,” he shared on Onua TV.

Despite the exhaustion, Black Sherif says the experience reshaped his understanding of success and gratitude.

“Everything I do now feels like gratitude. God has made me understand what success really feels like,” he said.

He further admitted that recognition for Iron Boy would carry emotional weight for him, especially if it wins Album of the Year.

“It would mean a lot because it would confirm that all the sleepless nights, sacrifices, and patience were not in vain,” he stated.
