Cameo, Philbro Homes organise maiden glass house preview

Philbro homes in collaboration with Cameo homes has previewed its maiden edition of glass house.

The glass house, which is located close to the beach at South Labadi, Accra, is made up of 3 bedroom self-contain, with boys’ quarters and a swimming pool.

The apartment is worth GH1m and has a flexible payment plan for any individual who wants to purchase.

Speaking to the media at the preview last Friday, the Chief Executive Officer of Cameo Homes, Augustine Awiah, said the whole South Labadi will be developed into glass houses, just like cantonments and other places.

“We are about to start developing this place and the whole area just like Cantonments and other places. This is a prime area in the city,” he disclosed.

According to him, there’s another ongoing glass house structure around the Prampram area.

He continued that because of the undying issues with land litigation in the country, his outfit ensures that the necessary verification and documentation are done before payment is made for work to commence on the land.

To him, his outfit is key to providing Ghanaians with affordable houses, so that the ordinary Ghanaian can purchase as a result of recent economic difficulties in the country.

Also, he added that Cameo homes have carved a niche in providing luxury houses, as well as for those who appreciate luxury.

He said Cameo homes have affordable houses in most places in Accra, as they continue to expand to other parts of the country.

He urged the youth to follow their passion and those who want to venture into real estate to apply for training to equip their skills in real estates.
