Bechem United optimistic ahead of clash with Kotoko

Bechem United deputy captain Seth Kwadwo is optimistic about their upcoming Ghana Premier League match against Asante Kotoko on Sunday.

The Hunters are set to face the formidable Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, in matchday seven fixture.

Bechem United, despite a slow start to the season, has shown signs of improvement by securing four crucial points in their last two matches.

Their recent impressive 2-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea ended a four-match winless streak and lifted them from the bottom of the league standings to a more respectable position.

In an interview, Kwadwo emphasised their commitment to achieving a positive result against the Porcupine Warriors, acknowledging the challenge that Kotoko presents.

He stated, “It’s going to be a tough game because both teams are eager for maximum points on Sunday. We are diligently preparing for the match in Kumasi.”

“Psychological and emotional preparation is crucial when facing Kotoko, as it’s a formidable opponent. We are getting ready, hoping that our performance will bring a favourable outcome back to Bechem.”

As of now, Bechem United occupies the 13th position in the league standings with 7 points. Credit: ghanasoccernet.com
