The Member of Parliament (MP) for Subin Constituency, Eugene Boakye Antwi, has visited the Kumasi Railways Police Station at Adum, within the Nsuase Electoral Area, to inspect the extent of damage caused by the fire outbreak.
Fire gutted the offices of the Railways Police on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, around 6pm.
Accompanied by the Subin Constituency Executive Committee members, Electoral Area Coordinators and Polling Station Executives, the Subin MP was taken round the burnt facility by the Metropolitan Fire Commander, DOII Thomas Asiedu, and the Area Manager for Railways, Mr. Musah Hafiz, on Monday, October 16, 2023.
DOII Asiedu explained in detail how the fire started and the rapid response of the Fire Service to bring the situation under control to the MP, who assured them to support the rehabilitation of the office.
