The building housing the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC), which construction started in 2012, has been completed.
The office complex, constructed by Big Omen Company Limited, comprises 34 offices, two conference halls, four kitchenettes, 21 lavatories, two spacious car parks, a janitor’s office, pantry, canteen, reception, and a security office.
The new ORC office is expected to serve the people of the Ashanti Region, as well as some parts of the Western, Oti and the Eastern regions. She said it would afford business entities easy access and increase patronage of the services of the ORC.
Nana Akyiaa Premier noted that the beautiful working environment provided by the new edifice would serve as an incentive to both the staff and clients, and impact positively on the performance of the Office of Registrar of Companies.
