Qarabag sign Ghanaian winger Emmanuel Addai on three-year deal

Azerbaijani Premier League side Qarabag has signed Ghanaian winger Emmanuel Addai from Spanish second-tier club Alcorcón on a three-year deal, set to run until 2027.

Qarabag announced the acquisition on their official website, expressing their satisfaction with the transfer.

“Our club has completed its latest transfer: negotiations with Spain’s Alcorcón have concluded positively, and attacking midfielder Emmanuel Addai has been signed,” the club stated.

Addai, who previously played for Alcorcón from 2022 to 2024, had also spent the 2021-2022 season with Bobigny in France.

Alcorcón, in their farewell statement, thanked Addai for his dedication and wished him well in his new endeavour.

The 23-year-old will be looking to make an impact at Qarabag as he embarks on this new chapter in his career.
