The Black Princesses will play their second pre-World Cup friendly against South Korea’s U-20 Women’s team as part of the build up to the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
South Korea presents an opportunity for Coach Yussif Basigi to further asses his team after drawing goalless with Mexico in their first International friendly on Thursday, August 22, 2024.
The game will be played at the Centro Deportivo Choquenza in Bogotá on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 20:30 GMT. The FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup will kick off in Colombia from Saturday, August 31 – Sunday, September 22, 2024.
Ghana are paired with Austria, New Zealand and Japan in Group E. The Black Princesses will open their campaign against Austria on September 2 before taking on Japan and New Zealand in the other Group matches.
