The Overlord of Manwere Stool, Otumfuo-Manwerehene, Baffour Dr. Ossei Hyeamann Brantuo VI has declared his support for Mr. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, the presidential candidate for the Movement for Change and Alliance for Revolutionary Change.
The Manwerehene praised Mr. Kyerematen’s experience, vision and commitment to transforming Ghana.
The chief made the solemn declaration at Atwima Hemang in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of Ashanti region, when Mr. Kyerematen’s ‘Caravan Campaign Tour’ stopped at his palace.
The outspoken chief expressed confidence in the MFC’s Presidential candidate’s ability to rescue the nation from its current economic challenges.
Baffour Ossei Hyeamann highlighted Kyerematen’s integrity and long-standing service to the nation, commending his decision to part ways with the NPP and contest as an independent candidate.
“Alan has a proven track record from the days of President Kufuor to President Akufo-Addo. He is visionary, hardworking and above all not corrupt, as we hear about some politicians.
“His leadership in launching the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCTA) and the “One District, One Factory (1D1F)” and the Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement initiatives proves he is the leader we need now,” he stated.
“If you get one vote, then it is me because none of the other twelve candidates has your vision,” the chief added.
The Presidential candidate appealed to the chiefs and the good people of Atwima Hemang to vote massively for him in the upcoming general elections. He reiterated that his government will create more jobs for the youth if voted into power.
