Nigerian gospel musician Moses Bliss and Ghanaian wife welcome first child

It’s a season of celebration for Nigerian gospel singer Moses Bliss, who has welcomed his first child, a bouncing baby boy, with his Ghanaian wife, Marie Wiseborn.

The singer, known for his soul-stirring hit ‘Too Faithful’, broke the news on Instagram Friday, writing an emotional note to his wife about her pregnancy journey.

“Now I can say, ‘Baby see our baby!’” Bliss declared in his post.

“You remained ever so gracious despite all the challenges. If I had my way, I would have sometimes helped carry the pregnancy, but with God on our side, you pulled through. Glory to God!”

Bliss praised his wife for her strength, calling her a “true amazon” and his “personal gift from God.”

He expressed love for her attention to detail, particularly her passion for learning about pregnancy and childbirth. “I love loving you and doing life with you,” he wrote.

The announcement coincided with the release of Bliss’s latest song video, which he described as a testimony to God’s faithfulness.

“This is the doing of the Lord,” he declared. “We are in awe of His mercy. Join us in thanking God for blessing our family with a baby boy. This song is our testimony.”

The couple’s love story has been nothing short of enchanting, beginning with a romantic proposal in London that caused a stir among singles on January 19, 2024, followed by a civil wedding in Abuja on February 27 and a traditional ceremony in Accra, Ghana, on February 29.
