New Nkosuohene swears Oath of allegiance to Nkawie-Kumahene

Nana Yaw Asare Bediatuo has been enstooled as the new Nkosuohene for Nkawie-Kuma and sworn the Oath of Allegiance to Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto I, Nkawie-Kumahene.

Nana Bediatuo is a young businessman and philanthropist.

Nana Kwame Akoto I advised the new Nkosuohene to be guided against pride and arrogance, and be humble in the performance of his functions as a development chief.

According to him, Nana Bediatuo had endeared himself to him through his hard work and the selfless spirit to help the community.

He urged him not to relent on the efforts to contribute to the developmental agenda of Nkawie-Kuma and the surrounding communities.

He directed him to gear his agenda in the provision of social amenities in the area of health and Education in collaboration with Nananom and all stakeholders within the area.

Nana Yaw Asare Bediatuo in turn expressed his profound gratitude to Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto I and Otumfuo Nkosuohene, who witnessed the ceremony for the confidence imposed on him, and promised to work tirelessly with nananom and stakeholders to ensure the total development of the community.

He stated that his priority and vision was to improve the standard of education in the community, and pledged to ensure that the Nkawie Senior High School becomes one of the best in the Ashanti Region, and the country as a whole.

The new Nkosuohene has, therefore, called for support towards the realisation of his dream of making Nkawie united and peaceful towards development, and advised the youth to avoid violence and co-exist with nananom.
