Mr. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Member of Parliament for North Tongu, has assured the supporters of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region that the party would secure an emphatic victory in the December 7, 2024 general elections.
According to him, the party is leaving no stone unturned, nor is it complacent in its determination to unseat the NPP government, which has performed abysmally the past eight years.
Speaking at a mega walk at Asawase organised by Muntaka Muhammed Mubarak, the Member of Parliament for the area, Okudzeto Ablakwa assured the supporters and sympathisers of the party that the next NDC government would, through Operation Retrieve all Loot (ORAL) ensure that all the looted funds, including the over $2,000 for Sky Train from a South African, $12 million Pwalugu factory, PDS and almighty National Cathedral $58.1 million are retrieved for the state.
Mr. Muntaka Muhammed Mubarak also assured the party supporters that the NDC flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, would definitely be declared the president, come the December 7, 2024 general elections.
According to him, the most important thing is to remain vigilant in protecting the ballot at the polling stations and he urged everyone to go out there and cast their votes to be counted among the winning team, because every vote counts and is important.
