The Mikesh Academy has held a graduation ceremony for its seventh cohort after they had undergone training in dreadlock, natural hair care and cosmetology last weekend, in Accra.

The ceremony showcased the achievements of budding cosmetologists and hair care specialists, who successfully completed their training under the guidance of Mekesh Academy.
Students adorned in graduation gowns and displaying their artistic talents exuded confidence as they walked the stage to receive their well-deserved certificates and other prizes.
In an interview with the CEO of Mikesh Academy, Nii Klɔtia Ayikwei Tutu Alamŋlɛ, whose passion for empowering individuals through cosmetology, said the vision behind the academy’s commitment to excellence was unparallel.
The CEO emphasised the importance of providing specialized training, fostering creativity and nurturing talent in the hair care and cosmetology industry.
The graduates showcased their proficiency in diverse hair care techniques, embracing the artistry of dreadlocks and mastering natural hair care with finesse.
Their dedication and expertise demonstrated during the ceremony by the graduates reflected the comprehensive training and mentorship provided by Mikesh Academy.
Additionally, he said dreadlock and natural hair now serves as a means of employment for people, which is why he established the Academy after it started as a saloon.
He further disclosed that the only requirement needed to take part in the training is the minimum age of fifteen.
The event also highlighted the growing appreciation for natural hair care and cosmetology in Ghana.
