The Golfie 1 Municipal Assembly at Lome, in the Republic of Togo, has honoured the Presiding Member (PM) of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Patrick Kwame Frimpong.
The Mayor of Lome, Gomado Koamy Gbloekpo, decorated the KMA PM at a ceremony during, which honorary membership was conferred on the KMA official.
The honour was for good leadership, as an Assembly member (Krofrom East electoral area since 2006), two term Presiding member of KMA and an experienced local government official.
The Lome Municipal Assembly has also entered into a sister city relationship with the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly to strengthen relationships between the two cities and their people.
