CEO of Strong Gee Empire, Strongman has indicated that if he knew the personality of colleague Rapper Medikal, he would not have replied to the various diss songs.
The Kumasi based Rapper says before getting close to Medikal, he had the impression that everything the ‘Too Risky’ crooner had said earlier about him was on a serious note only to get closer and realise that, he is very playful and do not take things seriously.
In an interview with DJ Slim, Strongman said until he got closer to Medikal he never knew he does not take anything seriously.
“I took the beef seriously because I thought Medikal was serious about it. However, I got closer to him and I realized that he is very playful. I said to myself what kind of friend do I have? He plays with everything,” he said.
The two have had some lyrical battle over the years, replying each other with one diss song after the other.
The genesis of the whole beef was when Medikal called out Strongman after the latter questioned an award given to him as the Best Rapper. This generated in to one diss song after the other.
