We have become aware of alleged fraudulent acts committed by the accountant of one of our cherished customers and an employee of the Bank.

As this matter is before the courts, we are unable to comment without jeopardizing the investigations.

We can however confirm that the Bank’s processes remain robust and its commitment to its clients’ paramount.

We would therefore assist with the investigations and diligently seek closure in line with the laws of Ghana and our avowed commitment to putting our customers first.
