The Central Regional Coordinating Council (CRCC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s ‘Trade, Tourism and Investment fair’ in the Central Region officially starts today.
Dubbed, “Central Expo 2022”, the much anticipated event is under the theme; “Promoting Trade, Tourism And Investments In The Central Region – Challenges, Prospects And Solutions”
The expo, which will witness exhibitors from all the twenty two districts in the region, as well as others from beyond, would provide the platform for the exhibitors to showcase their products.
Today’s event would also shed light on business opportunities, partnerships and create the necessary connections and networks in the Central Region and beyond to create more jobs.
A statement issued by the Coordinating Council earlier indicated that the exhibition would cover products such as Jewellery, Office Equipment, IT Systems, Clothing, Agric produce and Art & Craft.
“There will also be a 2-day BUSINESS FORUM, under the auspices of the Ghana Investment Promotion Center, which will be a platform to bring together creative ideas,” the statement indicated, adding “there will also be opportunities for families and friends to bring their children together to learn and have fun at the playgrounds”.
The statement further assured the general public of a successful trade fair that would harness the region’s viability and potential in the areas of trade, tourism and other investment opportunities.
