Asiedu Nketia supports Saviour Church’s Hospital Project with 1000 Bags of Cement

Johnson Asiedu Nketia, National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has donated 1,000 bags of cement to support the 500-bed capacity hospital project by the Saviour Church at Wuruyie in Adansi South District of Ashanti Region.

The gesture fulfils a promise made during the project’s ground breaking ceremony to complement the NDC’s commitment to enhancing healthcare access in the area.

1,000 bags of cement donated to Saviour Church Hospital Project

The total donation of 1,000 bags of cement, comprising of Asiedu Nketia’s initial 500 bags promise – DCE Oheneba Kwabena Annor’s 300 bags and MP Abdul Salam’s 200 bags.

Mr. Baah Achamfuor and Justice Yeboah, Aides to the NDC National Chairman, explained that the aim of the donation was to support the construction of the hospital to address health needs of local and surrounding communities.

According to Mr. Achamfuor, the significance of the donation reflects NDC’s focus on healthcare delivery, aligning with government responsibilities.

Mr. Baah Achamfuor stated that the gesture recognizes efforts of Saviour Church in healthcare delivery likening it to an NDC branch serving residents.

Rev. Anhwhere, Head Pastor of the Church, expressed gratitude to the National Chairman, promising to utilise the cement for intended purpose.

He disclosed that Asiedu Nketia’s support underscores the NDC’s engagement with community projects, emphasising healthcare access and development in regions.
