Rapper Amerado has suffered severe injuries as a result of collapsed stage during a live performance at Baidoo Bonsoe Senior High Technical School in Western Region.
The incident, captured on video which has since gone viral, shows Amerado energetically performing on stage before it suddenly gives way, causing him to fall.
The stage was fully packed with students and other Artistes waiting to take their turn.
The video captured onlookers frantically searching for the Artistes beneath the collapsed stage.
Amerado was reportedly rushed to the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital after the incident.
Chronicle contacts at Effia Nkwanta Hospital have confirmed that the Artiste might have had some fractures as a result of the impact of the fall.
“He is currently responding to treatment but he was severely injured” a contact at the hospital told The Chronicle.
The Rapper and singer who returned from a US trip less than a week ago recently released his new song “TinTonTin” and had several nominations at the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).
