The Member of Parliament (MP) for Amenfi Central in the Western region, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has hosted the Deputy Finance Minister of Namibia, Maureen Hinda-Mbuende, during a recent visit to Ghana.
The meeting of the two women leaders focused on exploring key opportunities in the gold industry and leveraging natural resources to boost economic growth in both Ghana and Namibia, as well as same promoting the African unity.
The Amenfi Central Law maker0, a gold exporter and miner, was particularly excited to discuss ways to empower the youth, support micro and small businesses and create a thriving future for Africa.
The two expressed their commitment to advancing their countries and driving sustainable initiatives.
The conversation was inspiring and Joana Gyan Cudjoe said she looks forward to seeing these ideas being transformed into impactful collaborations that would benefit the good people of Ghana and Namibia.

I had the privilege of hosting Hon. Maureen Hinda-Mbuende, the Deputy Finance Minister of Namibia, during her visit to Ghana.
As a gold exporter and miner, it was particularly exciting to discuss opportunities in the gold industry and how we can leverage our natural resources to boost economic growth for both Ghana and Namibia.
We also touched on the importance of African unity in empowering our youth, supporting micro and small businesses and creating a future where our continent thrives.
As women leaders, we are committed to contributing meaningfully to the advancement of our countries and championing initiatives that drive sustainable development.
It was an inspiring conversation and I look forward to seeing these ideas translate into impactful collaborations that benefit our people.
