The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is yet to assent to the anti-gay Act.
He was addressing the Diplomatic Corps in Peduase this evening.
According him, apart from the document yet to reach his desk, a private individual has gone to court today to challenge the constitutionality of the Act.
As such, he has urged Ghanaians to remain calm for the court’s decision on the matter, as his action would depend on the outcome by the court.
