The Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the New Juaben North, Mr. Samuel Adongo, famously known as Sammy Adongo, has provided a mechanised borehole for the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Senior High School (SHS) at Effiduase.
The gesture follows water problems that have been confronting the school over the years.
Mr. Samuel Adongo, speaking with this reporter, noted that he was touched when the issue came to his attention and decided to go to the aid of the school.
He disclosed that this would not be the last time he would assist the school and that he was committed to finding solutions to the social amenities including toilet facilities and classroom blocks among others.
The PC, on a separate occasion donated learning materials to the same school. He advised politicians to be mindful about their deeds as it could turn against them, after grabbing luxurious things with greedy political interests, adding that every human being would be remembered by his or her good deeds.
