MP Amoah supported by the Kumasi mayor and other stakeholders to commissioned the classroom Complex

The Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso, Dr Stephen Amoah, has commissioned a modern school complex for the State Experimental School at Nhyiaeso in Kumasi.

The 33-classroom block is equipped with a library, computer laboratory, headmaster’s office and staff office was commissioned last Thursday, amid pomp and pageantry, to replace the old one, which was in a sorry state.

Dr. Amoah expressed gratitude to the Mayor of Kumasi, Metro Director of Education, school authorities, traditional authorities and other stakeholders for their support.

He emphasised that ensuring quality education was a shared responsibility and urged stakeholders to play their roles effectively.

Mr. Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi, aka King Zubah, the Mayor of Kumasi, commended the MP for building a modern school complex to ensure conducive environment for teaching and learning to take place.

He assured that the government was committed to providing the necessary support and environment to ensure quality education.

He also encouraged students to study hard and emulate good examples in society to prepare them for future leadership.

Mr. David Oppong, Metro Director of Education, expressed his delight at the MP’s support for quality education within his constituency.

Madam Joana Anokyewaa, the Head teacher of the school, expressed her joy about the project and thanked the MP, promising to prioritise maintenance of the facility.

The ceremony was attended by the MP for Bantama, Francis Asenso-Boakye, Kumasi Metro Coordinating Director, Mr. Francis Dwira Darko, traditional leaders, assembly members, teachers, old students, parents and pupils.
