The 1981 Year Group of old students of Osei Tutu Senior High School (Poly boys) in the Ashanti Region has built and handed over an ultramodern clinic to its alma mater.
It is equipped with a laboratory, beds, equipments and other auxiliaries to enhance healthcare delivery for the students, teaching and non teaching staff of the school.
Chief Alhaji Nuhu Dicko, Chairman of the 1981 Group, at the commissioning expressed gratitude to his colleagues for the magnificent edifice, saying it would go a long way to improve healthcare delivery in the school, because of the increase in the enrollment of the population of almost 4,000.
He encouraged other Abrempong to give back to their alma mater to complement the government’s efforts towards the expansion of educational infrastructural development across the country.
Dr. Asare Yeboah, Headmaster of the school, commended the 1981 Old Boys and other Abrempong for the support.
He appealed to other philanthropists and stakeholders to emulate the shining example of the Poly Boys to help improve the academic and health delivery in the school.
Rt. Rev Stephen Kwadwo Owusu, Methodist Bishop of the Kumasi Diocese and Board Chairman of school, also pleaded with Ghanaians to cultivate the culture of maintenance of properties or infrastructure provided by the government,  Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and other corporate bodies to serve the intended purposes and also save the public purse  and economy.
