Prefos Limited marks 32 years with Prayers, Thanksgiving

Prefos Limited, a Building, Road, Civil and Electrical Engineering Contractors and one of the biggest electrical engineering companies in Ghana has marked the 32nd anniversary of its establishment with a week-long Prayer, Fasting and Thanksgiving service in Kumasi.

It forms part of activities by the management to express appreciation to God for the breakthroughs over the past 32 years of operation.

Over the years, Prefos Limited, which is also into General merchandise, supplies and Import and Export, has manufactured variety of quality street light and provided post-installation maintenance in partnership with leading manufacturing companies, suppliers, trade associations, regulatory bodies, government agencies and major players  in the private sector.

Prefos has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Three (3) Brothers of Egypt, to assembly LED and Solar streetlights in Ghana.

The annual programme was held at the Power Chapel International at Asuoyeboah, in Kumasi, under the theme: “The hand of God”.

The Founder and General Overseer of Power Chapel International Worldwide, Prophet Victor Kusi- Boateng, in a sermon cautioned the employees of the company against get-rich-quick mentality and desist from rushing for riches and wealth.

He advised them that once they worked in truth and honesty, God in his own time would raise his hand and bless them abundantly.

Apostle Emmanuel Atta Adade, Founder of the Glorious Mount Zion Mission International headquartered at Obuasi while administering the word of God at the programme also exalted the workers to experience the invisible Right Hand of God in their lives through favour, benevolence and grace of God when work in truth, honesty and diligence.

He reminded them that it is advisable to look for the hand of God for overtaking grace to overcome the adversaries of life.

Quoting extensively from the scriptures, Apostle Adade said it takes sacrifice and humility for one to encounter the power of transformation.

According to the man of God, once the workers indulged in total commitment in the discharge of their duties, the favour and providence of God would find them and charged them to be humble, respectful and trustworthy.

Other renowned men of God who administered the gospel at the programme included Prophet Alex Twum, Senior Pastor of World Vision Chapel International and Dr. Michael BoadiNyamekye of the Makers House Chapel International.

They prayed for more productive employees at Prefos Ltd as well as productive and workable ideas and technology in the business world to impact in the country and beyond.

Songstress Diana Antwi Hamilton, CeccyTwum, ACOP Kofi Sarpong, Alice Serwaa and S.K Frimpong provided song ministration throughout the programme.

Meanwhile, Prefos Limited has rewarded 20 employees who excelled in their performance at various departments of the company in 2022.

Edward TweneboaKodua emerged the Overall Best administrative officer for the Southern sector and took home GH¢60,000 as his prize, while Ernest Dapong received GH¢50,000 as the overall Best electrician.

Mr. Richmond Cudjoe also won GH¢60,000 for being the Overall Best administrative officer in the Northern sector with Lamin Kamal getting GH¢50,000 as the Overall Best electrician in the Northern sector.
