The Member of Parliament (MP) for Subin Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Eugene Boakye-Antwi, has organised a get together for delegates of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the constituency.

The event formed part of activities to celebrate the party’s victory in the December 7 polls, as well as seal unity and cohesion in the constituency.

The delegates were treated to assorted delicacies and drinks at the event held at the premises of the MP’s office at Sobolo in the constituency.

Mr. Boakye-Antwi, who is also the Deputy Minister for Works and Housing, appealed to polling station executives to accord respect to their elected coordinators and constituency executives.

This, according to him, was the surest way to unify the constituency and ensure the growth of the party to address national issues for the benefit of Ghanaians.

The Subin MP encouraged the delegates to work towards maintaining the party’s support base in the constituency, so as to improve on 6.2 million votes garnered during the polls in the next elections.
