King Faisal record 1st home win in second round

King Faisal recorded their first home win in the second round of the league after narrowly defeating Eleven Wonders by 1-0 at the Baba Yara Stadium in match-week 29. The home team started the game with an explosive start, which led to a free kick at a very advantageous position. Attah Kusi’s fine delivery was saved by the visitor’s goalie.

King Faisal finally opened the scoring on the 29th minute mark, through Enock Morrison who tapped into the net from a sumptuous cross from Samuel Kusi.

Both teams picked up their performance in the dying embers of the first half, but no goal was registered until the break. In the second half, Eleven Wonders came really stronger, creating some decent opportunities in search for the equaliser but all proved futile.
