Ghanaian-born Belgian attacker Francis Amuzu was sentenced to 50-hour community service on Tuesday after he was found guilty of breaking Covid-19 rules to attend a private party.

The 22-year-old Anderlecht forward was in court in Alsemberg where he admitted to have attended a private party with fifteen other individuals discordant to the Coronavirus rules.

The judge found him guilty and was sentenced to 50-hour community service.

However, the judge warned that failure to comply, he will be slapped with a two-months prison sentence in hard labour.

Het Nieuwsblad reports that during the sentence, the judge said: “These people regularly laugh at the rules about the Coronavirus. In addition, the fines make them laugh. They earn this sum just by putting on their shoes (boots).”
