Hohoe United celebrate their victory

Hohoe United racked up a 2-0 victory against visiting Swedru All Blacks.

The hosts banked all three points to make it back-to back wins at the Hohoe Sports Stadium thanks to two first half goals.

Kwame Paul headed home to break the deadlock on 26 minutes and skipper, Safianu Osman doubled their advantage on 41 minutes.

All Blacks fought back after recess but the urgency of their hosts coupled with the brilliance of Kwaku Musah between the sticks ensured there was no comeback.

Hohoe are in 6th position on the league standings on 8 points while the visitors who are winless in three consecutive matches sit in 14th position.

All Blacks return to Swedru to host Basake Holy Stars while Hohoe will travel to Dormaa to face Aduana Stars for their next matches.
