Haruna, Avedzi, Muntaka shown the exit

The new executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have shaken its leadership in Parliament, days after taking over power.

The Johnson Asiedu Nketiah-led executives have axed Haruna Iddrisu, the Minority Leader, James Klutse-Avedzi, the Deputy Minority Leader, and Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, the Minority Chief Whip.

They are replaced with Cassiel Ato Forson, the new Minority Leader, who until the change was the spokesperson for finance.

The new deputy minority leader is Kofi Armah Buah, who used to speak for the minority on energy.

The new Minority Chief Whip is Kwame Agbodza.

A statement issued today announced the changes but failed to mention even one reason.
