Deeper Ministry launches Global Crusade with Kumuyi in Ghana

Deeper Christian Life Ministry Ghana has launched its Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK) which is expected to take place from April 20th to 25th, 2023 at the Independence Square at 4pm daily.

The Global Crusade with Kumuyi is a ready vehicle for realising the vision of reaching the world with the Gospel of salvation, through the power of technology and modern-day communication channels.

The main crusade will take place in the evenings at Independence Square, while the second part of the programme, for Ministers and Professionals, will take place on April 21st at 6:00am, at the Royal House Chapel.

The third part of the event, dubbed ‘Impact Academy’ – a special programme for the youth and young adults – will take place at the Independence Square on April 22 at 6:00 a.m.
The programmes are open, free, and available for all, irrespective of one’s religious beliefs, denomination, or social standing.

The National Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry Ghana, Pastor Edward K. Duodu, said the world was gradually being run over by the enticements sin presents and how easy it was to be accepted even when one was dishonest.
He noted that the work was plenteous and GCK – Ghana will reach out to many, trusting God for a harvest of souls as the call to salvation is made.

Pastor Edward Duodu stated that during the crusade, a special programme called ‘LUNCH TIME WITH JESUS’ will engage new converts in the afternoons of the crusade days with matured Christian leaders and counsellors who will mentor them to find their feet in the faith.

He further said that the discipleship engagement will continue even beyond the crusade to ensure that the fruits of the event are preserved, nurtured and prepared for heaven.
“Every effort and resources will be Marshalled to ensure that the fruits of this great event abide and stay ready for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ,” he added.

The Special Guest of Honour at the launch, Most Reverend Dr. Paul K. Boafo, stated that there is the need to put away all differences and come together as one people to help present the one who has solutions to all our challenges.
“We need not stand alone but stand together and put away all denominationalism and together the Lord will hear us,” he stressed.

He added that Christians should all join in the publicity as it is key and a powerful tool for evangelism.
He appealed to the media to create a place for the Secretariat to sell GCK-Ghana to impact and inform citizens to be part of the crusade.

He also appealed to all Christian Leaders in Ghana to join the event as well as encourage their members to participate.
“Let us grab the opportunity and not let it pass us by as we encounter a glorious visitation from Christ,” he said.
