The Volta Region office of Zoomlion Ghana Limited has donated five “walking aids” to the Ho Municipal Hospital, as part of its end of year activities. The donation forms part of the company’s support to needy institutions and hospitals.

Activities marking the end of year programme included a one-week prayer and revival session, a clean-up exercise, and a football competition between Zoomlion, Volta Premier, Volta Star and the Regional Sports Council.

Presenting the items, the Volta Regional Operations Supervisor of Zoomlion, Mr. Anthony Adzomani, said the company and the hospital had a very good relationship, and that the company would continue to support the hospital in other future endeavours.

Receiving the items, the Administrator of the Hospital, Mr. Jasper Ansong, commended Zoomlion Ghana Limited for the gesture, and described the company as a multi-purpose organisation that was helping to address crucial problems facing society.

Mr. Ansong urged Zoomlion to regularly come to the aid of the hospital, as it was really in need of assistance, and stressed that the hospital management would ensure that the items were put to good use, and asked other organisations to emulate Zoomliom Ghana Limited in promoting good health delivery in the region.
