The 2nd Ghana Water Forum was held from 19th to 21st October at the Physicians and Surgeons College, under the theme, “Water & Sanitation Services Delivery in Ghana: the Sustainability Factor”.
The forum was organised by the Water Directorate, under the Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing, and supported by Polytank, among other sponsors.
Polytank saw the forum as a good platform for the stakeholders to deliberate on issues concerning water and sanitation, as part of its social and corporate responsibility.
The forum brought together policy makers, international agencies, children from various institutions, and stakeholders in the water and sanitation business.
The Minister of Water Resources Works and Housing, Mr. Alban Bagbin, who was the Guest of Honour, was impressed with Polytank’s drive in providing innovating ways of storing water and managing waste.
The Minister was happy when he visited the Polytank stand and saw the newly launched Rain Harvest Tank, which fell in line with his vision of providing sustainable free natural water.
