The Life Christian Cathedral Church in Cape Coast, also known as Thursday Market Church, during the yuletide celebrated its 10th Anniversary in grand style, with the church revealing the intention to establish a school and radio station.

Speaking at the anniversary in Cape Coast Victoria Park, the Head Pastor of the Church, Isaac Boadu, said the church had secured a large tract of land near Hans Cottage in Cape Coast, and was preparing to construct its church building, a radio station, and school.

He said when the Lord asked him to come to Cape Coast 10 years ago, he resisted, saying he would be insignificant in Cape Coast, looking at the quality of priests in Cape Coast, but God so being good, the church had expanded to the amazement of many who saw the beginning.

He praised God for making the church one of the popular churches in the Central Region, and further prophesying that it would grow from strength to strength in the coming 10 years.

“I can confidently say that I have experienced the great power of God for 10 years, and expect more power in the next 10 years,” Pastor Boadu said.

Nana Kwesi Tandoh, Chief of Edina Essaman in the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abriw (KEEA) Municipality, said Pastor Boadu’s church had touched many hearts and souls, and changed people’s lives from poverty to riches.
