New Edubiase’s Fuseini Nuhu stole the show, scoring twice against wounded Asante Kotoko before a home crowd in their Week 11 Glo Premier League game at the Baba Yara Stadium yesterday.

The visitors were in charge from the word go, fetching the opener when the game had barely developed, in the 11th minute. Six minutes after the opener, Nuhu scored a personal second.

Kotoko, having lost their last three successive games, fought relentlessly to redeem the loss, but their efforts yielded no results in the first department of the game.

But, the home side kept fighting after recess, and one of their surges resulted in a spot kick, which midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei converted brilliantly in the latter part of the game.

At the Ohene Djan Stadium, debutants Mighty Jets, stunned Hearts of Oak 1-0, deepening Hearts’ woes, having lost with the same margin to city rivals Liberty Professionals at the same venue eight days ago.
