From Alfred Adams
The District Chief Executive for (DCE) Ellembelle, Kwasi Bonzo, and the Member of Parliament (MP) for the area, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah, have teamed up to ensure the development for the district.
Though the two are from two different political affiliations, their District comes first in terms of development. The DCE from the ruling party sees the MP as his senior brother who he consults in terms of the development of the district.
The MP, on the other hand, has also pledged to work with his junior brother to ensure the total development of the district.
Though Armah Buah is credited to have transformed the whole Ellembelle as MP and then Petroleum Minister, he still continues to team up with his DCE to ensure that Ellembelle still gets it fair share of the national cake under this administration.
At a recent commissioning of a modern Assembly Auditorium for the Nkroful Agriculture Senior High School, where the two political heads were once students, the sense of unity exhibited by the two was not only beautiful but worth mentioning and emulating.
This Omanhene of Axim Traditional Area, Awulae Attibrukusu III, was happy to see the two had pledged to fight for development for their district irrespective of their political colours.
MP Armah Buah, who was the Petroleum Minister during the previous administration, lobbied for the construction of the modern auditorium for the Nkroful Senior High School.
Earlier, when the DCE was confirmed for his position, he had paid a courtesy call on the MP in his house and pledged to team up with him to work for the betterment of the district.
