Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs gave a dramatic account of themselves at the Cape Coast stadium yesterday, when they came from behind to beat Liberty Professionals by 2-1.
Liberty broke the deadlock in the early stages of the game via a penalty and held on to end the first half, despite Dwarfs’ fight for the equaliser.
The home side returned from the break and mounted heavy pressure on their guests but the Dansoman lads were resolute in all departments of the game.
The visitors kept tormenting their hosts, even though Dwarfs were more determined to secure a win.
Winger Alhaji Mustapha finally fetched the equaliser for his side before Dennis Korsah grabbed the winner for the Mystic Crab in the dying minutes of the game.
Dennis Korsah was very instrumental for Dwarfs and was adjudged the best player in the game.
