The MCE was addressing staff of the Assembly during the handing over ceremony of two pick-up vehicles, purchased through internally generated funds, to the revenue department to help promote revenue collection.
Mr. Kodobisah said the two vehicles, which cost GH¢134, 000, was necessitated by the improved services being rendered by the revenue staff, who the MCE stressed, continued to enhance their activities every year.
He also revealed that the Assembly had strategised to ensure a more vibrant service delivery at all departments.
He said the new vehicles would augment the existing ones to help facilitate rapid development in the area.
He added that the Town and Country Planning Department would also use the vehicles to help promote its activities of planning the Municipality into a well-designed modern community.
The Ho MCE said the Assembly, through its long term development plan, would ensure that the indiscriminate manner in which developers were putting up new structures would be stopped, and advised that developers should at all times seek technical advice from the Town and Country Planning Department to ensure that people follow the laid down rules and regulations.
