Hearts suspend Kingston indefinitely …offload Osei Pele to RTU

Hearts of Oak have handed an indefinite suspension midfielder Laryea Kingston for insubordination.

The club acted on the sacking of Kingston from the club’s pre-season camping base two weeks ago. The decision was taken after management heard from Kingston and coach CK Akunnor on Monday.

Kingston reported late for camping by driving in his own car to their Sekondi base and also went along with his own mattress and drinking water.

The former Ghana international unapologetic and rather lambasted the club officials for the the poor facilities in camp. Kingston joined Hearts in Janaury this year on a free transfer.

Meanwhile, Former Hearts of Oak striker Edwin Osei ‘Pele’ is reported to be heading for promoted Real Tamale United.

Osei is set to conclude talks with the Tamale-based as a free agent after parting ways with the capital club.

He spent the second half of last season on loan at Aduana but he seems not to be in the plans of Hearts coach CK Akunnor.

Osei has failed to meet expectations since emerging top scorer of the 2010 GHALCA pre-season Top 4 tournament.
