
Thousands of people from all walks of life across Central Region gathered at the Victoria Park in Cape Coast to commemorate the one week of the death of President John Evans Atta Mills amidst tears.

The nation’s premier hospital, the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital (KBTH), has embarked upon major infrastructure developments and installation of new medical equipment to support the various units and departments of the hospital, as part of its effort to boost healthcare service delivery in the country.
The Central Regional Police Commander, DCOP Kwofie, last week briefed the press on the arrest of 10 suspected armed robbers at Kasoa on May 20 upon a tip-off. He said the 10 armed robbers, who robbed some residents of their television set, generators, pieces of clothes and motorbikes, included foreign nationals, and called on residents who had suffered robbery in recent times to contact the Kasoa Police Station.
