Bahmed quits Kotoko

By: Kofi Owusu Aduonum

The Dr. K.K Sarpong led administration of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has suffered its first resignation casualty, as the Chief Executive Officer of Bahmed Travel and Tours, Alhaji Ahmed Bandoh has laid down his tools as a management member of the club.

According to Bahmed, he was compelled to withdraw his services from the Red Army, following gross autocratic leadership qualities exhibited by some management members.

Alhaji Bandoh, an ardent fan of the game, joined the Kumasi-based club for the 2010/2011 season, but things have gone sour, resulting in the retirement of coach Ebo Mends, who has been replaced with a Serbian, Korak Bogdan.
