The MP disclosed that the GH₵64,000 ICT Complex Center was started with funding from the Highly Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) fund, before it was completed with funding from the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund).

Mr. Sarfo-Mensah urged the Municipal Education Directorate to abide strictly by the culture of maintenance in sustaining the facility.
He finally called on the people to eschew any acts that have the tendency to generate into violence during and after the elections, for the peace of the country to remain.
