generosity and devotion to the work of God made him very prominent throughout the United States, Africa and the world at large.”

Nana Adusei Atwenewaa Ampem II, the Paramount Chief of Tepa Traditional area represented the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the colourful ceremony which was attended by thousands of Christians and people from all walks of life.
He congratulated the Founder and General Overseer of the Divine Word International Ministries on his elevation to the high office of Bishop.
“Now that you have been elevated to the office of Bishop I urge you to be lovely, respectful, honest, and hardworking and win more souls to the kingdom of God. If you fail in this respect you have not only failed your congregation, but also failed your creator”, Nana Adusei Ampem admonished.

Shedding tears of joy, Bishop Adonteng Boateng recounted the agonies he had to go through and overcome to get this far in the face of the death of his Reverend minister, against his mother’s encouragement and support towards becoming a great man of God.
By dint of hard work, the God-fearing Mr. Kofi Adonteng Boateng has risen from lowly and very humble beginnings to Pastor Kofi Adonteng Boateng, then to Dr. of Divinity Kofi Adonteng Boateng, and to Apostle Boateng and finally to Bishop Adonteng Boateng.

“God does his own things at the right time, he does it beautifully and this is the day that the Lord has made, we should all rejoice and be glad in it” Bishop Kofi Adonteng Boateng said.
The man of God further urged Christians to eschew back-biting, ill accusation, pull- him-down syndrome because a divided house cannot stand”.
